The Volta Regional Football Association (VRFA) has celebrated its key stakeholders in grand style, recognising their invaluable contributions to the development of football in the region.
During the highly anticipated Middle League final between Inter Allies FC and WAFA SC at the Ho Sports Stadium, the honorees were invited onto the pitch to receive their well-deserved accolades.
The esteemed recipients of the VRFA’s special recognition included Mr. Justus Joe Ayivor, Patron of the VRFA; Hon. Kobina Mensah Woyome, Member of Parliament for South Tongu; Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai, CEO of Adonai Estate Limited; and Mr. Francis Dogbatse, former Regional Football Association Chairman.
Each honouree received a beautifully crafted plaque with a heartfelt inscription: “This is to honour you for your unwavering support and contributions to the development of football in the Volta/Oti Regions. We are eternally grateful.”
Mr. Daniel Agbogah, VRFA Chairman, was joined by Mr. Prosper Harrison Addo, Esq., General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association, in presenting the awards to these deserving stakeholders.
The recognition is a testament to the Volta FA’s appreciation for their tireless efforts, which have yielded remarkable results in the development of football in the Volta/Oti Regions.
